ulink schematic

Does anybody has schematic of keil ulink for arm? I want to use it to debug
my lp2114 with keil..thanks a lot.!!

The problem is not fust the schematic but the firmware inside.

Is there any info on which hardware it bulded ?
Somebody says that Renesas CPU, somebody that FT2232C ?

I think it is AN2131

it is an2131qc with 32kx8 sram.

Added after 3 minutes:

as any usb device using ezusb, ulink does not has firmware inside: it gets the firmware from the pc. there is some configuration information in the i2c eeprom, though.

Here it is everything. I found them but can't find a place to buy AN2131 from. I'd be happy if anyone can help.
