i hv problem while making gsm jammer i m not getting ic max 2623 which is basically vco n opam mar4sm and pfo8103a these ic s r not avaiable in market so plz help me out

my if section is complete n performing well noise generator

i alomst hv all the paper work of it but just i need is ic of rf section

i have receive 4 sample from MAXIm
2 for MAX2623
2 for MAX2362

all for free
