How to convert string to ascii ?

What type of data format is this? String or ascii?

If it is string is there is any simple way to convert into ascii ?

it looks like this string comes in ASCII format ..
otherwise you would read some "non-printable" characters ..

I want to convert the data format into ascii value and send as an output through any port, because only one RX, TX in 89c51 ic connected to swipe card reader.

you can design second UART in 89C51's software and using any general purpose I/O pin send this string out to any other device ..
