What is native MOS Tr?

Hi,
In my spice model, there is normal MOS Tr and native MOS Tr. I noticed the Vth of native is zero. Is it why it is named native Tr?

Now I understand whay is native Tr, then what is the normal Tr?

Originally, I think the normal Tr is what the native Tr in your atteched text.
