HOW I CAN DO IT

i have now to make project of NGN by using VOIP ,if can anyone help me to make simulation in NGN trasmission lines by using VOIP.

NGN this is not specific technology, this is a concept of variable network technology combinations. First of all you should to define which VOIP standart (SIP or H.232) will be used. Than you have to choose simulation software for your network ( I think OpNet is good). The topology of network can be presented as several local ethernet networks which is connected through internet or PSTN. Each particular local network has IP phones connected to switch and VoIP softswitch or router that maintain VoIP functions.
