curve fitting in matlab?

I wnat to do a linear curvefitting over a sin wave but I want to do it in some specific interval and having all them showing in 1 sin wav.can any body help me?
 

Hi,

I think it is very useful for you to use spline toolbox. please follow the matlab help on this toolbox.
