How to simulation the infinite long cylinder in CST?

I want to compute the RCS of an infinite long cylinder(maybe PEC or Dielectric) by CST Microwave studio, but I do not know how to model the
infinite long cylinder. Would anyone like to help me?
 

I have got the answer from CST Inc. :
using electric wall or magnetic wall to cut off the cylinder.
and it works!
