Looking for low power FPGA (less than 5k system gates)

hello
i want to use low power FPGA in my project.
Low power means the system gates of FPGA shuld less than 5K.
i want to go for Xilinx so is ther any FPGA in xilinx having system gates less than 5K???

power of FPGA Device is also depend on number of pin used ....
if u use more pin for i/o then it take more power..........
so check for that also

Low power FPGA

The number of gates doesn't directly tell you the power consumption. There are many other factors such as FPGA type, resource utilization, I/O types, data toggle rate, etc. I suggest starting with the "quiescent current requirements" section in the FPGA data sheets, and then try using Xilinx's power estimator spreadsheets:
