My power supply is from 2v to 30v, I need design a bangap generate a 1.2v reference voltage, with standard CMOS process.
Any idear or paper? thanks for your help!

the power supply is 30V this is too large the the MOS in the standard CMOS process cant work ,because it cant udertake the high voltage you should use BCD process in my view

Thanks for reply!
If I choose high voltage CMOS process(not Bi-CMOS), can it work?

Could you explain more about BCD?

perhaps the bandgap voltage is not enough accurate with high supply process. I don't know whether there is low supply process in this process. If it comprises , you can create a LDO. You can create a bandgap with low supply process.

in my view
CMOS process can use LDD (light doped drain) OR anothe method to increase the breakdown voltage of MOS
this process need the fab supply
BCD is biopolar CMOS DMOS processs
DMOS is as the high voltage device used as the swicth MOS

you can conncet the fab to get their own lib to sure they can supply the high voltage process
the breakdown voltage of the nomal MOS cant up to 30V

Hello you can design a ldo by the high voltage Process. The LDO output can supply for the bandgap
which you can use the standard bandgap structure.

Generally U need preregulating BGR reference. It's LDO with Voltage Reference (Bandgap) supplied by output of this LDO. This solution requere suitable startup circuit.
More compact solution u can find in this paper (it can be easily adopted to HV process):

YOU MAY USE POWER CMOS DEVICES
