how can I interface microcontroller (8051) with a computer keyboard?

You have to use a PS/2 protocol interface. It have someones in 'C' at the Web.
Unafortunatelly, the UART doesn't operate at sincronous mode, so you'll have to implement bit managements, instead control by hardware.
