hello everybody!

i would like to design a printed log periodic antenna and i would like to know if you have paper about the calculation.
if the method is the same like a wire log periodic antenna.

thanks

It has been a while since I have made LPD. I have found the book "Log Periodic Design Handbook" by Carl E Smith particularly helpful. This is a "wire" based guide.

The antennas that resulted were PC based with coaxial feed lines operation in the 500 MHz to 20 GHz range.

The sizes ranged from a few inches long to around two feet for the lower end of the band.

hello,

i tried to have this book in my local library (in france) and unfortunately they don't have it.
please can you give me a link where i could buy it on line.

regards

Go through this IEEE paper and you can find the much more about the log periodic microstip antenna

desing of microstrip log periodic arrya
and
