How can I get bootstrap switch 's linearity?

it is by selecting the on resistance value less than β/gm where β is the feedback factor of the path associated with the switch...
 

you can simulate the R-Vgs curve to find its linearity.
BTW: I think you'd better connect the body to source to eliminate body effect.
