pll filter tools

I want to simulate a PLL and the loop filter parameters need to be calculated automatically according to bandwidth and phase margin. The loop filter is a 3rd order passive loop filter. The attached is a good tool to calculate the loop filter. But I need to do calculation in my program. So does anyone know the equations used by the tool to calculate the 3rd order passive loop filter?
