Hi guys,

Can anyone kindly tell me about some circuits or architectures of oscillator which have high frequency stability with different conditions, such as different supply voltage (from 3.6V to 2.5V), various process conditions(ff or ss).
Can anyone please upload some documents or papers

get a crystal or quartz oscillator. They're extremely stable and have very low temperature coefficient.

I dont think trimming pad is avilable in my design.

frequency stability must cover wide PVT range that depend on your application.

for supply or vin, you can use a Regulator to supply your oscillator rather than use real VDD directely, it benefit you very much
for process, you can use trimming to achieve target
meanwhile,you can use relaxation topology

Yes, I suppose to use a bandgap reference for powersupply, but need a compensation circuit to adjust the output frequency for variation of process.
So it must be a voltage(current)-controlled oscillator, is that right?
