Where can download TSMC0.18 PDK? And TSMC0.13 PDK?

u can not download these files unless u have a TSMC custom account!!
And these files is strictly distributed!!

Do you konw wheter TSMC has 0.18 ,0.13,0.15um PDK?
I think with the PDK, it will save some layout time.

TSMC has 0.18um and 0.13um... not sure if they have 0.15um...:D
If u r using place and route tool, the pdk could pretty make u faster in designing..

TSMC has 0.18um and 0.13um... not sure if they have 0.15um...:D

i only experienced 0.18um TSMC... havent yet tried 0.13um TSMC..

T$MC can provide 0.18/0.13/90nm MM/RF PDK

I have used 0.18 alot, some 0.13, still evaluating 90nm, their quality is very good,
and very easy to use

How much about the TSMC PDK?^_^

TSMC have the following pdks available: .35um,.25um,.22um,.18um,.15um,.13um,.11um,90nm,80nm,65nm,55nm

Well, my layout are almost 100% custom made.

The PDK does provide simple transistor/Capacitor/Resistor/Inductor layout,
but, the layout is, perhaps, very generic.

What chip/layout are you designing?
 

free tsmc pdk

i used tsmc 0.18 mixed signal pdk
it is useful, convienent for designers
 

pdk 0.18um process

If you are not using the design for any commercial purpose
then I would suggest that you can look for some academic
pdks like the NCSU pdk which is free :)
