TSMC 0.35um process supply voltage(2 questions)

tsmc 0.35um process

1. The supply voltage is 3.3 volt in TSMC 0.35um CM process. Can I use 1.8v supply voltage instead of 3.3 volt in Vdd ? Because 2nd stage input voltage is too high, I had better use different supply voltage in 1st stage and 2nd stage.

2. Supply voltage is 3.3 volt for this process. Which one can I use Vdd =3.3v and Vss=-3.3 v or Vdd = 1.65 v and Vss =-1.65 v ?

You can always use lower supply voltage.

Using +3.3 to -3.3V is not ok.. But 1.65V to -1.65V is ok.

if you use 1.65V to -1.65V,make sure that the gnd psrr not effect your whole system--because you gnd of chip is -1.65

why not +3.3v and 0V as gnd?
I think +-1.65V system are two supply system,0V still its gnd!

I thought 3.3V process means it is intended for +3.3V-0V single supply,can +-1.65V two supply work fine?Seems single supply is now mainstream design?
