Looking for high voltage low current fence for animal farm

I want to make a high voltage low current fence to protect my farm from animals. Any suggestion circuit for the design. I dont want to hurt the animals.

just put a current limiter of desired value at the output of your high voltage source.....

Usually, electric fencing runs on a charger, which converts low voltages into a pulsed, high-voltage, low-current output ..
Although the potential involved may be in the order of 2,500 to 9,000 volts the actual pulse lasts only milliseconds ..
