Hi all.
I have a little question.
I wanna make an H-Bridge( N and P ) to control a 24V DC Motor.
I have IRF3295 and IRF9530 to use for the H-Bridge.
Do I need to make some protection for the MOSFETS, like using some ZENER diodes betwen gate and source or the circuit will work like in the attached diagram?
Thank you all.

irf9530 h bridge

Yes you need those diodes. Because when DC motors are rotated, it will produce back emf.

A simplier solution for your motor H bridge is using motor driver chips, teh H bridge and diodes are in one chip with PWM interface to control your DC motor

irf3295

Looks like you just need to add the diodes and not the zener. The zener should be build into IRF9530. Not sure about IRF3295 though.
