explain feedback concept in analog electronics

feedback concept

hi friends......
can u please explain me about feedback........how it is shunt mixing(sampling) or seriesmixing (sampling) .....with an example.........or tell some good links to refer..........

Hi Dear sridhara!

Almost all the electronic books; including the books about Integrated Circuits, Basic Electronics, etc contain a chapter about feedback.
Here I found one, it is:

"Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits" by "Paul R. Gray, Paul J. Hurst"

positive feedback in analog amplifier always adds instability while negative feedback gives reduced but stable output.
 

feedback is the method of feeding part of the output to the input to increase the gain in the case of positive feedback and increase stability with reduced gain in the case of negative feedback.....
shunt mixing and sampling and series mixing and sampling depend on the type of output and the type of feedback..... series is for the case of current and shunt is for the case of voltage....
 

when ever there is a voltage divider i.e to resistanes in series to the out put it must be voltage sampling...

when ever there is a current divider i.e to resistanes in parallel to the out put it must be current sampling...
