I want an op-amp to use it in charge pump and i don't know how many stage i should use,
so any one has a useful paper in this topic please upload it and tell me how many stage i need.

thanks in advance.

question on op-amp

I am not sure if you want to use the OP as feedback voltage buffer or something else, in our flash memory charge pump, we use op with stage no more than 2, which will provide enough gain for feedback controls, and you better consider more about input offset to minimize the output voltage inaccuracy
