Hi,

I cant find an answer to this.

Is there a drawback for using EXP for smaller designs (4-6 layer)?

Is it better to use PADS for smaller designs?

Would it take longer to do with EXP than it would with PADS?

Assuming you have a choice between the two.

Thanks

Hi,

I feel working on Pads Layout is easier then Exp? i check with my folks, who work on both pads and Exp,they say it is always PADS which is faster then Exp,but then for complex designing and for other constraint settings EXP is better.

Regards

Ramesh
