Can any one give some sites which has tutorials about OP amp, BJT and MOSFET???

I think for analog basics it is good to read books rather than to go for websites.
Pls comment on this.:D

Out floating on the internet is a .pdf version of a famous tutorial by National Semiconductor. It is very detailed and 50+ pages long.
I do not know the title to search for.

May be it is also a good idea to watch the online lictures from Berkeley and the lectures of Jake Baker.
