Hi,

please let me know...What is BCD process ?

More detail, Better

Thanks.

power mamage ic often use these process

more accurately, high voltage high power ics use this process. like harddisk motor controller. it is expensive

One important thing for dmos of BiCD process is the ultra low Ron.
This is could help you to design a project with higher efficiency under lower Vds.

Regards,

Hi,

Actually in my team there are some bcd process libraries. all are developed already. i want to know differences between CMOS , BICMOS and BCD processes layout point of view. And layout constraints in BCD and BICMOS processes.[/b]

The main concerns will be spelt out in the design rule. But one thing to note will be the latch up problem in BCD and BiCMOS processes.
