power amplify until 500V and input 4Mhz

is there any power amplify with that specification...
i've just received suggest that ishould use igbt (insulated gate bipolar transistor) to solve this problem. but when i see the datasheet for igbt, it says that the input is only receive for 1 Mhz.

may i know about power amplifier is...? maybe there is a limitation to make this power amplifier?

I think you can also design it with power MOSFETS, there are high voltage MOSFETS which are moderately fast.
