Hello all,
I have just finished the core design of my ADC. I am now designing a circuit that generate multiple reference voltages from a bandgap reference circuit. Is there any good way to achieve that? For my circuit, I have a 3.5V power supply. The reference voltages that I need to generate is 2.2V, 1.6V 1.7V, 0.8V and 2.5V. The technology that I am using is a 0.18um SiGe BiCMOS process. Could anyone give me suggestion and topology of circuit that I can use? Thank you very much!
