rc5 encoder

hello
I am looking for a IR RC5 encoder in assembler using PIC! . Any suggessions or examples please!!

protocolo ir sony con pic

Hi!

This is the modulation format in attachment. All you have to do is decode it (measure the signal pause duration). Use any IR module receiver (from VCR or other similar).

All best,
Trax

ir encoder with pic micro

hello
Thanks.I have decoded the pause between signals and derived a seperate code for each transmission. But simply cannot recoganise the coding scheme for transmitters available with me.None of them are RC5 or sony .Something else. Some data packages are even mote than 50 bytes long or it seems so to me .Any clarifications
Thank you

if you have the epe mag then you find a nice tool decode the full information rc5 and sirc code, along with starting packet and ending packet plus a comprehensive artical on both protocol and there working metod all stuff based on pic micro

sony encoder using pic

Hello Picstudent,

Following image is our CR-2I, RC-5 compatible mini remote commander. It has 5 buttons. simulates standart TV remote commander with RC5 coding. It based on PIC12F629 with sleep function.

If you would like to know all technical details (schematics, pcb, asm etc) please let me know your e-mail. I'm going to send you.

Regards.
