If u have software(like CADENCE or HSPICE) u can simulate it in a suitable DC bias but if u want do it in a discrete circuits, ur result will be wrong!
Construct a simple circuit, say a MOS Inverter, on Cadence... Properly design it... Perform the netlist generation for DC operating points... U can find it as the option, Save DC Operating Point in the transient analysis... After netlist n run, select DIrect Plots-> DC Operating point... On the schematic, click on the NMOS or PMOS transistor... The list of specs of the transistor will be displayed... including region of operation, gm, R on, beta, etc...
