Many opamps have a diffential amplifier in theirs input circuit followed for a high gain circuit and in their output is a amplifier B class (op-amp 741)

OP amp includes one or more differential amplifiers. Normal OP amp has typically more than 4 stages so as to have the characteristics of the OP amp. The first two stages are typically differential amplifiers.
