Voltage elevating ICs

Hello everybody again:

I'm trying to make a voltage elevator. I have a 13v power supply from my battery car . I need to elevate this voltage to 35v and obtain at least 300mA from it.
Some friend told me about ones IC that elevate voltage but I search in some ic manufacturers page and I don't found anything.

Do you know that IC's?

Do you know how can I do it? (If it's pssible)

The LM2577-adj is a good candidate for this job ..
