can any body provide me the TSMC hspice RF 180nm model file
if u have any link please send to me so that i can so that i can download this model file.

Search on MOSIS. You will find it. Else download the CDK from NCSU. You will find all models in that design kit.

it is the same model. however, it only typical model. no corner model. the typical model they extract it from specific wafer. you can see the wafer no in the model.
