As you would know PMOS was leading the technology around 1970s.
Today the picture is different but I need examples of digital circuits realized in PMOS technology.
I tried googling but couldn't find something useful.

what kind of implements does the example mention?

Forget about PMOS logic, I'll be grateful if you could give links on NMOS Digital circuits, and then I can take the dual of them to make PMOS ones ;)

Nowadays, the implementation of P type logic is Organic Circuits, high performance N type transistor fabrication using organic semiconductors is relatively difficult.

wht r u looking for in NMOS? itz functional implementation or fabrication or simulation at circuit leve?

I'm looking for circuit-level implementations...

Intel 8085 8080 are examples of complete PMOS designs. See if you can
get the schematics for these. These are completely hand crafted designs!

Its really pretty easy.
You can build nmos gates by taking full cmos gates and replacing the p-network by a resistor with properly selected R value so that you get certain noise margins for Vhigh and Vlow at the gate output.

Same thing with pmos gates, take full cmos gates and replace the nmos network with a resistor.
