nmos2v breakdown

Hi folks,

I've noticed that TSMC does not publish their oxide breakdown voltage on any of their docs on TSMC-Online.

Do you know where i can find this data?

tsmc breakdown voltage

I had the same question ,and sent an email and got an answer from TSMC about that months ago. oxide breakdown voltage is 5V for nominal devices(nmos2v). roughly it's 2 or 3 times of VDD voltage.
