Hello. If I know the device's S22 value , how can I make sure the output impedence of the device? e.g. the S22 is 0.41∠30 , what is the output impedence? THS!
 

Hi,

the S-Parameter are always refer to a certain port impedance (50 Ohm most of the time). You not only need the S-Parameter, you also need the referece impedance to calcualte the Z and Y Parameter.
