Need schematic and pcb of FPGA development board .Help

I intend to make a development kit for Spartan_3 family,Have anyone got schematic and pcb of this board

). It is good if it is simple, i can not make a board if there are many layer and complex

Digilent's web site has schematics of many of their boards.

Xilinx's web site has schematics and PCB Gerber images of their Spartan-3E board (made by Digilent). It's an 8-layer board.
