Hi all,

Desinging the circuit operating in the weak-inversion region is the
first time for me.

So I'm wondering what the consideration is for that.

Actually the circuit would be function in the area of the hundreds of nA,
and I'm afraid of the leakage current and the accuracy of the model parameter.

Sharing your experience would be appreciated.

Thanks,

For the weak-inversion design, foremost in my mind is that you must pay attention to the mismatch, becasue the mismatch characteristicxs would be wores when working in weak-inevrsion regipn.
