What is the measure of distortion? How do I get a value for it from simulations of a amplifier?

u can do FFT to the output and calculate the total harmonic distorsion

if i am not wrong, you can try to substract scaled value of input signal from output - resulting should be what you are looking for .

if the process file is right, you can calculate the THD for the distortion.

for the other no-ideal component induced distortion, nothing can do with THD calcualtion.
