Combiner ...

hello everybody.

It is maybe a very easy question for someone...but...

Please

someone can give me a web site address or a documentation about the RF and microwave Combiner.

I know what is this device, but i would to know more about this device, electric schematic with inductor and capacitor for example.

thanks

Re: Combiner ...

you can read more in Pozar book...

Re: Combiner ...

Hello

thanks for your help,
but
I would like to know more NOT about the power combiner/splitter but
about the combiner/splitter where in input ( for a combiner ), we send different signal frequency.
Frequency 1 and frequency 2 in input 1 and input 2 ( for a combiner ) and receive in output the two frequencies together...
I think i must insert some filters inside ???

Do you have this kind of document.

thanks

Re: Combiner ...

Hi, lefrancais

If i understand you right then you want to inser to signals, let say 1GHz and 1.1GHz into port in 1 and port in 2. and you want that on port 3 out will be 1 GHz and 1.1 GHz.

if that's right then you didn't read what i send you. this is exactly what power divider/combiner do!!

the power divider can do two things !. it can split one input to two output or it can do what you need combine two signal on the input to one output. and it's does not mater if the freq. at the output are deffirents.

i upload a picture of ADS that show two signals in the input and one at the output .

So the frequencies in input the same or not is not a problem...
Ok thanks for the schematic from ADS, I reconise... this software.
