Help me understand the hall field effect in semiconductors

I read a lot on the hall field but could not understand that in the presence of electric field and magnetic field the carrier should bend but due to hall field it go straigth.
What creates hall field:?:

The accumulation of charges itself creats a Electric field called Hall field.

As electric and magnetic field causes the electron to deviate from the straigth path due to lorentz force so we will have eletrons accumulating on the one side As more elctron on one side so one side become more negative as compared to other so we will develop field that stop bending of carrier :D:D

Hall effect is mainly because of magnetic field, which bend the electrons moving in the field and then the accumulation of charges cause a voltage , known as hall voltages

Yes this is right in the classical sense
In a quantum sense, magentic field causes quatuization of the carriers energy also and the effect becomes quantum hall effect

well dear friend,its simple
we no that whenever u place a current carrying conductor in a magnetic field ,it experiences a force n the direction is determined by flemings rule.now if u apply electic field to a conducor,current constitutes.applying a transverse magnetic field generates a force on moving charge carriers given by
F= q(V *B);
hence the tranverse field is generated which is given by
E= V*B; thats it man
