Re: what is the best books/papers on bandgap voltage referen
Hi,
I think Cmos Circuit design and layout by jacob Baker, and design of analog circuit by Razavi is best for Bandgap reference design. Better to go through Baker for good theorectical understanding.

Re: what is the best books/papers on bandgap voltage referen
If you want to read books you can read "Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits" Behzad Razavi.
If you want to read papers, I think this paper is very useful for you in
actually, there are many related papers on this subject, you can log in the IEEE database ,generally,it is available in school website, and you can search the papers related about yout bandgap reference.
Re: what is the best books/papers on bandgap voltage referen
i think the IEEE paper is the best references, books which mentioned this topic is somewhat simply. Some classic book such as P.R.Gray., Allen, Razavi all have made some depictions
