hfss connector

Are there any existing model in the software or from the connector vendor? Or I must build it by myself?

sma connector hfss model

no ready made connectors are available. You have to make it.In HFSS make exactlly the coax connector with its dimensions and assaign lumped port or u draw a rectangle, placed vertically betweem ground and radiating structure and apply lumped port.
I CST select a face and apply the port

If you modeled an SMA connector in CST or HFSS, don't forget to look at the TDR response. It is very important to see the low and the high spots in the desing if you want to know which part of the connector needs to be tuned.
