ferrite core transformer design software

Hi!

I have designed a very low cost SMPS having power output of 16V/1.5A for a universal supply input of 90-265VAC. I use IC TL3842 in single transistor flyback topology.

I need help for the transformer design with manufacturing guidelines.

Any reference ebooks/articles for designing lowcost and low power SMPS with Universal Supply
input and multiple outputs would be helpful.

Thanks

kumar

ferrite core hand book

A pretty good one from Onsemi (Step by Step Example)

A couple of books Here in the forum.

Almost all major core manufactuers offer software or excel spreadsheets for design aids.
