VCO-frequency multiplier

I need a low power VCO (30-40mW)
which genrates a very stable refrebce freuquency of 3417MHz. The maximum tuning sensitivity should be 1MHz/V.
Now since i am facing difficulty finding such a VCO i thought that as an alernative let me find a sutiable VCO matching my power and tuning sensitivity requirments and at half or one third of the refrence freuency (3417MHz) and then use a frequency multiplier to multiply the frequency by two or three.
but still i am not able to find such a VCO.
can any one suggest me any other approach or any manufacturer which can give me such a product.

regards
