they seem to have pulled support

looking at what there news sections says

they are redesigning the whole range

therefore there must be a problem with the firmware thats irrisolvable by update

to the extent it will be obsolite
so knowing this its not a good idea to design for it

and instead there are many other makers with better support online

and ... cheeper

you are right

But I have 100 pieces from this module and I want to make any design using this module
 

I even Emailed the company trying to get a Datasheet. Here is the Reply:

Hi John,

I'm sorry to say that this product has been recently discontinued.
We are no longer selling or marketing it.

If I can make a recommendation, the Siemens AC75 is a similar product which
also includes our technology.
