Hi,

Can someone please tell me the part no. of an H-bridge IC that can drive a 6+ Amp load?

ps: i am make a 6A constant current supply. any schematics of the whole thing?

See if LM18000 from National Semiconductor suits you.

Or SN754410..

But don't drive load directly, use MOSFET for switching.
