Problem with identifying a SMD-Device

Hi!

I have got a defect notebook (want work at all... dosent react on any (power-)key). On the mainboard i have found 4 SMD-ICs grouped together, 2 of them a visually defect (overloaded). I have attached a picture of them.

I wasnt able, sofar, to find out the use of them nor the IC-company who manufactured them. Havent found that A-in-a-circle (like intel) anywhere...


Maybe someone has some hints, or tipps where i can find additional help.
