I HAVE FACED TEH SAME PROBLEM WHEN I WAS WORKING WITH A SPECTRUM ANALYZER. IF THERE IS ANY MASTER RESET FIRST DO IT.
IF NOT THEN THERE IS A SOFTWARE WITH EVERY ANALYZER YOU CAN CONNECT YOUR INSTRUMENT WITH PC AND RUN TEH SOFTWARE.. I HOPE IT WILL RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. SOME TIME THIS PROBLEM OCCURS DUE TO LINE FLUCTION WHICH PRODUCE HIGH RANGE FREQUENCIES WHICH SOME TIMES CORRUPT THE SOFT WARE.
