best/good book for circuit designers to study communication?

i want to make some system level studies in communication to get better understanding of ic design.

can anyone recommand such book(s) to start with?

1. RF Microelectronics by Razavi
2. Digital and Analog Communication System, 6th by Couch.
3. Practical RF System Design by Egan.

i've seen 2nd book as a reference in razavi's analog book, but someone said the book is not good
