There are quite a few good (free) links on that page.
You can also just google for 'verilog' , you'll get tons of hits.
I'm learning verilog myself, and I find those free ressources
are quite good. Books are way too expensive for me, but I
don't think I'd want one if I could afford it.

book by Samir Palnitkar is extremely good. The title name is " Verilog HDL-A guide to digital design and synthesis". this book teches you verilog from scratch.
