Problem with data transmission from a AHRS 500 sensor

have any one used Crossbow AHRS500 sensor. i am facing problem in using it. can any body help?

You didn’t reveal application for which you are using AHRS500. What kind of problem you are facing? Also you have not mentioned type of AHRS500, whether its AHRS500C (Commercial Aviation), AHRS500G (General Aviation) or AHRS500M (Marine)?
Wulfsberg Electronics provided us EFIS and the sensor came in package. We had some problem with the product, we complaint to Wulfsberg then they resolved this issue by replacing AHRS500CA with AHRS500GA-222.
Initially Crossbow developed AHRS400 for industrial and aerospace market but FAA refused to approve this for use in aircrafts .Crossbow recognized need for certification and developed AHRS500CA for avionics application to meet FAA certification requirements but it has some malfunctions (caging, limited rate and speed problems) and also it doesn’t comply with DO-160D then Crossbow designed AHRS500GA for improved cold start reliability and acceleration and deceleration performance improvements.
If you are not using it in Aircraft then it would be better to use IMU400, VG400 or AHRS400.

thanks alot for your kind response. we are using AHRS500C-210 for position feedback on joy rides's base (3 degree of freedom platform). the platform is made of iron. the problem we are facing that after connecting, sensor failed to send data after sometime and when we connect it again then no data is received. kindly tell us what is cause of data failure and also does environment effect sensor ? our project has stucked cause of this problem.
