mt8880 no run! that's why?

mt8880 project schematic

exactly,it's can't show the signal when received a valid dtmf tone!

i have been already make the circuits folow datasheet instruction,some funtion available,but "bit 2" not show logic 1 when received a valid dtmf tone,what can i do???
has another way to know a valid received DTMF tone without the "bit 2" ????

note:i receive the DTMF tone from telephone station by a transformer 1:1,600ohm

8880 89c51

i'm connect 8880 to atmel 89c51 MCU,somebody ask me that it can't use with 89c51,so i have already got a new chip,it's mt8888.I hope it run!

oh my God! it's not run! no interrupt signal available

but i see pin StD generate a pulse when receive a new DTMF tone,i used it as interrupt signal ,he he
